BILLING & CHARGES

First charge: When you place your subscription order

Recurring charges: Automatically billed at your chosen interval (30/60/90 days) until you cancel

Check your next billing date: Log into your account dashboard or check your confirmation email

We'll remind you: You'll get an email 3 days before each renewal

HOW TO CANCEL, SKIP, OR MODIFY

Log in → Manage Subscriptions → Cancel, skip, or edit

Option 2: Email Us
Send your request to help@ayersnaturals.com with your order number

Important: Cancel at least 48 hours before your next billing date to avoid being charged. Once a shipment is charged and shipped, we can't refund it.

COMMON QUESTIONS

"Can I skip a month without canceling?"
Yes. Log into your account and select "Skip next delivery."

"What if I want to change my delivery schedule?"
Anytime. Switch from 30-day to 60-day (or vice versa) in your account settings.

"Will I get a reminder before being charged?"
Yes. We email you 3 days before each renewal.

"What if I need to update my payment method?"
Update it anytime in your account dashboard under Payment Methods.

"Can I cancel after being charged?"
Yes, but once the shipment is processed and shipped, that order can't be refunded. Your cancellation prevents future charges.
